  • Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?
    • The Ceremony and Reception will be taking place at Waiki’i Ranch on the Big Island! The address is:
    •  67-1095 North Alulike Rd, Kamuela, Hawai'i 96743
  • How can I get there?
    • We will be hiring shuttles to ferry guests to Waiki'i Ranch from the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. At the end of the night, the shuttles will drop guests off back at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel! Please let us know if anyone in your party will need a ride! 
    • There will be limited parking available on the property. Please let us know if you plan on driving so we can plan accordingly.  
  • What time should we be there?
    • The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM on May 5. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to grab a cocktail and start mingling!
  • What time will the reception end?
    • The reception is scheduled to end at 10:00 PM. 
  • When are RSVPs due?
    • Please let us know by March 1, 2018! 
  • Is there a dress code?
    • We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite semi formal attire! Keep in mind that Waiki'i Ranch is at 5,000 feet. It can get chilly at night, so plan accordingly! The average high in May up at Waiki'i is 66 degrees F, while the low is 48 degrees F. The record low was 39 degrees F in 2015!
    • The ceremony and reception will be held on a grass field, so we recommend wearing flat sole shoes (or wedges for ladies!).
  • Will there be food and drinks served?
    • Yes, of course! We will be serving drinks and pupus before the ceremony. During the reception, there will be a full open bar and some amazing food and desserts! #MichelleandAlexWeddingDiet
  • What if I have dietary restrictions?
  • Will there be dancing/entertainment?
    • Of course we will be dancing the night away! Prepare your dance moves.
